Nick Rattermann

Nick Rattermann is the Chief Technology Officer at Jersey Watch, where he leads the design and development of software that helps youth sports organizations manage registration, websites, payments, and day-to-day operations. With more than 10 years of experience building technology for volunteer-run leagues and clubs, he has worked closely with coaches, administrators, and parents to create tools that simplify the work of organizing youth sports. As the father of a son who plays both soccer and basketball, Nick also understands the day-to-day experience of youth sports families.
