Nick Rattermann is the Chief Technology Officer at Jersey Watch, where he leads the design and development of software that helps youth sports organizations manage registration, websites, payments, and day-to-day operations. With more than 10 years of experience building technology for volunteer-run leagues and clubs, he has worked closely with coaches, administrators, and parents to create tools that simplify the work of organizing youth sports. As the father of a son who plays both soccer and basketball, Nick also understands the day-to-day experience of youth sports families. He writes about youth sports technology, league management, and ways organizations can save time while creating better experiences for players and parents.
