Kayleigh is Growth Team Lead at Jersey Watch, where she works closely with the marketing, product, and customer care teams to help youth sports organizations discover the tools they need to run successful programs. Her background spans customer success, partnerships, and fundraising with schools, teams, and nonprofits, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges these organizations face.

Kayleigh writes about growth, marketing, and community building for youth sports organizations, drawing on both her professional experience and a lifelong passion for sports. She grew up playing soccer as a competitive goalkeeper, got her start in community sports outreach running Duke Sports Promotions' Read with the Blue Devils program and working as a game-day announcer, and remains an avid fan of club and international soccer as well as her beloved two-time Stanley Cup Champion Florida Panthers. Today, she cheers on her niece and nephews as they play soccer, lacrosse, and flag football.
