New Communication Hub
Effective communication is often the biggest challenge facing sports organizations and volunteers and we’re out to help make that process easier for everyone involved. In September we released a compltely new communication system that allows for flexible text message and email communication. Coaches and volunteers can send messages to groups of people or individuals with just a couple of clicks.
It’s also easy to add and edit contact information at any time. You can send messages from a desktop, tablet, or from a mobile phone in your account.
You can subscribe to the new feature on a monthly basis, and adjust your plan based on the time of year. Login to your account and click “Select a Plan” to view pricing options, or view more details on the new feature in our Feature Release blog post.

Google Maps Integration on Schedules
Need to make sure everyone knows where to be and how to get there?
You can now direclty link to Google Maps locations when you’re adding new events to your schedules. Just copy and paste your Google Maps URL into the “Location” box when creating a new event, and Jersey Watch will automatically add your location for visitors to view.
Try it out in your account by clicking “Scheduling” or by editing any of your existing events.
We’ll be making several new updates to the Communication feature this month, including the ability to view reports on the amount of messages that were delivered, and if a email address bounced so you can get the correct email address added.
